SPRING IS IN THE AIR

My craving for warm sunny days is really high right now and we are on the cusp of it becoming a reality for the year. The field has been opened up although I still have the row covers out there just in case we get another cold snap. It is always possible in March and early April in central Alabama. The warm air and bright sun has the plants really adding growth right now and the first buds are starting to show. To create a garden is to always be learning which is something I love so much. I have planted about 50 different varieties for spring and over 10,000 plants. I will be thrilled if over half of them are a success this year. I’m also knee deep in planning for 2022 Spring. Isn’t that totally crazy? I can’t wait to show you want the field yields next month. My focus is to bring luxury flowers, heirloom blooms, hard-to-transport delicates to our local community while hopefully inspiring everyone to bring the joy of fresh flowers into their lives. They have gifted me so much - I want to share that gift with you.
